Our mission is simple, to help people. It’s behind everything we do, every conversation we have and every phone call we make – it’s all to help our clients.
Perry View Mortgages & Financial Services was set up by Kevin Braddick in 2013, his aim was to offer friendly, straight forward mortgage advice.
The team has now grown, allowing us to help even more people with their mortgage needs.
Our office is based in the town centre of Shrewsbury. It offers easy access and a useful car park nearby. This means you can have a sit down, a cup of tea and a chat with the team, when sorting your mortgage.
If you can’t make it to the office we’re still here to offer telephone and video call appointments.

Kevin Braddick
Director, Mortgage Advisor
Kevin founded Perry View Mortgages 11 years ago & has been an adviser for over 20 years.
Kevin provides mortgage & protection advice to a variety of people including First Time Buyers, Landlords & current homeowners.
When he isn’t advising, he enjoys spending weekends along the Welsh coast with his family & dogs in their VW Camper.
Jack Braddick
Administrator
Jack joined Perry View in August 2021 and he currently works as an administrator.
He loves helping & interacting with clients.
Previously working as a Personal Trainer for 10 years, Jack has always enjoyed working closely with people to cater to their individual needs.
Georgina Boulger
Administrator
Georgina is our office administrator, communicating with clients from their initial enquiries throughout the process through to application & completion.
Georgina also works closely with our mortgage renewals, getting in touch in the months before client’s current rate expiries to ensure you can be booked in to speak to an adviser for a full review to secure the best rates available.
Hazel Gorman
Senior Administrator
Hazel has been with Perry View for a number of years, many of our clients speak directly with her regarding all things mortgages, documentation & compliance.
